I’m Rohit.
I'm a Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach from the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
My interest in ACL rehabilitation didn’t take long to develop.
Personal experience with an ACL tear provided the spark.
But the irritation, annoyance and incredulity I feel when hearing people’s stories about their horror ACL rehabilitation experience continues to stoke my ever-growing need to change this broken system.
Pretending we have a crystal ball to show the future isn’t the answer. Who the heck is your doctor or physio to tell you that a return to sport is impossible? Wrapping that news up in a false interpretation of science doesn’t make it true.
We won’t know until we try.

Most rehabilitation coaches know a bit about everything—but generalist knowledge doesn’t cut it when you want to return to sport.
"Standard" care for ACL rehab is a list of generic exercises displayed by random stick figures to complete at home.
And this care is so expensive, most athletes only get access a few sessions before their health fund is depleted.
To make matters worse, the biomedical model of care doesn’t account for the psychological aspect of an ACL injury.
The result?
Your rehab is missing key pieces of the puzzle.
You’ve also been told the goal is “pain-free” movement.
But this leaves you scared to feel pain at all... and could ultimately stop you from getting back in the game.
